We may retain aggregate, anonymized logs (e.g., “N transactions processed”) for operational monitoring, which contain no personally identifiable or financial details.

OAuth tokens (used to authenticate with QuickBooks) are stored securely and are encrypted at rest. You may revoke access at any time through your Intuit account settings.
